Because they tell you day one. We have an open door policy. It is what makes these folks so blatantly obvious.

The first rule is respect for the individual. You can address these concerns all the way up the chain. All the way.

When cameras were first tested Bryan posted his cell number in the video discussing them. The only rule is respectfully complain.

Kind of like when your in. You can #####, but you can not make it personal. And once you have your little bossy fit orders stand.

It is why these folks need to come on here all anonymous. They lack a discipline to follow rule number 1. And then they constantly worry they will be discovered for their words. Me I just watch what I think, address what I have control over, shut up and ruck up.

I have a very simple philosophy. The trucks say Wal-Mart, the stores say Wal-Mart, and the checks say Wal-Mart. If I can not stand seeing that name it is time for a new job. Not time to go whine and find fellow commiserettes(not really sure that is a word but it fits)

You got WMT Drivers that show up to work , knock down 600 miles and 3-4 activities and dont like getting shafted by Management. Then you got the other 30% of WMT Drivers... You can spot these guys easily.. They hang out behind coordinators next to Managers and yack it up pull up a chair and get comfortable chatting with Managers talking about how great their job still is , family life, good barbecue joints, etc. As if Managers or coordinators really give a rats Xss.

Did you not attend the October meetings? Okay Bentonville mole. Get your notepad ready..Write it down so you don't forget ..

    First and foremost...

#1..Cameras with audio will be installed come February . Forward facing only *for now* with Driver facing camera deactivated but still there for time being..

#2 I'm not locked in my program anymore come March. 3 Full Re-bids every year. I may or may not keep my 5/2 5/3 . I could get bumped back down to Xtra Board, or even Flex Driver.. Why Oh why the need to have 3 FULL rebids per year ?? Explain that Walmart defender..

#3 My local grocery Dc will be more than likely giving all the dry grocery as well as refrigerated freight to SWIFT next spring. My ops manager told us this to our face . Less freight volume probably will get replaced by more live-load bs backhauls.

#4 No more Activity pay raises annually along with Mileage raises other than anniversary scheduled raises.. people forget about them .25-.50 activity pay raises. This is a big deal.. This will catch up to your cost of living 4 years from now.

#5 working and competing against these new .38 cent special Drivers.

I'm probably missing something. Those are facts. Tired of you beating your drum about guys lying on here.

Cameras yes. And they will have a little plastic cover on them where the driver facing camera is.Won't be any different than the one I have now. And mine is staying after theirs are in.

Everyone is rebidding. With so many long-term guys having their programs removed it is the only fair way to realign everyone. I get them cutting the number of programs. Don't like it because as I have mentioned my favorite is going away as well. But I get the need for uniform programs for fleet efficiency.

Not real happy about the reduction in grocery myself. I suffered two years at a DC just because we were moving towards taking over grocery before Greg Smith showed up. Now we are doing less. So I transferred back to my original DC and am now stick in extra board limbo. I think he would kill PF tomorrow but too many people like the PR of having their own fleet. My suggestion would be to do it better, faster, and more agile than any outside carrier. Maybe we can convince them we are the better deal. Maybe not. I will keep making the money while it is here.

Like I said our raises last year was roughly a grand. Gonna be roughly a grand pay out. Older guys say this is not the first time they chose this option. Fact is they could have said no raises last year or this year.

I am not competing with anyone. Never convince you your not either. But look at how the ROC has issues now in dispatching. And you really think they are gonna be able and separate the fleet old VS new? Dude you give them way to much credit. They just point and click on their screen when the optimized offers a solution.

Still no pay cuts. No one is getting screwed any more or less in realignment. I don't know where you come up with the threebids a year. That is not what we were told. We realign then there are no more. After this round offices adjust as needed. No regular realignment. Part of what Greg wants to change is the rigidity in private fleet taking so long to react. He talked about it in one of the webinars you folks claim are irrelevant and only watched by brown nosers. A lot of info into the thinking behind the changes is discussed. You might want to try and catch one.

I digress. Once the new spots are limes out that is it. Well until the next head of logistics decides on a new model.

Why do I even bother, if you're going to question my integrity.. I didn't just come up with the 3 full Re-bids next March on my own. Maybe it's just at my DC if it's only my DC trying to enforce that on top of everything else thats more f'd up.. So at the October meeting that ops manager orchestrated he had this laptop connected to a projector.. Are you following so far ? Just making sure, he was switching screens with different info and going over stuff including one with that bald ## Greg Smith and other guy speaking to camera. Anyway thats beside the point then he switched the page to the. Programs.. Clear as day , I could see what programs they were keeping. Which they were axing, and finally in bold red letters 3 Full Re-bids per year.. He went over what that meant, every 4 months youd have to re-bid on anything you currently have. Whether its xtra board, 6/3 , 5/2 5/3. Etc. Ask your own GTM to his or her fat face and hear it for yourself. Matter of fact couple more DCs here in Texas guys have told me they're doing same to them.

We were not told that. We were told there were to be no more realignments.

I was talking with an RTM after one of the meetings. She related a story about some changes Greg wanted made asap. The RTM's said there was no way and they would look into next realignment to try and propose possible changes.

Let that sink in. Their Boss said do this and they said "Nah we do not want to. Maybe in a couple months we could look at thinking about doing it"

She said there was a full 30 seconds of silence. Then he explained to them that to keep private fleet it had to become more flexible. That waiting months to enact a change in an environment measured in clicks per second would be the demise of private fleet if not Wal-Mart itself. It was put to us after the next big upheaval changes will be immediate.

An example would be a program not producing. Say a bunch of folks with the "Screw them I am not saving anything for the 6th day" attitude on a 6-3 leaving it a 5-4 in actuality, the program is gone. No rebid, just changed to whatever they decide is more productive.

We were told the only bidding going on after March would be openings as openings become available. Not a mass shift. I will ask when I see my GTM. He is actually pretty skinny though. Best I can do.
