    Skyline out of Knoxville,Tn. Only read one guy that went through there but the lack of comaints speaks more.

    Averritt seems OK for a big company.

    I recommend you apply to several companies even if you think they won't hire you. Sometimes they bend their own hiring criteria if the application looks good. Make a list of companies and apply to all of them using the online application. It's easier to be hired if you call and say, "I'm checking on my job application." CDL students do this all the time and it works.

    Go to the websites and do the applications. Most will be "Intelliapp" which means you fill out the app for one company, then when you go to the next company website, their app will already be filled out for you and you just make a couple of changes and it's ready to submit. This saves hours of time because you don't have to do each app in full.
    One driver on here had 6 job offers before he even started school.

    Good morning,wow another great reply.I am making a list some companies on my list are on your list.Im taking a pause with applying at the moment because of my March 4 start date with school you know still 3months away.Gonna wait till at least 2018 before i restart applying.I have two letters of intent so far PTL/Schneider.CFI catches my eye because of youtube trucker,Trucker Tree...she worked for them at one point and was comfortable and made good money with CFI.Again thank you very much for the great info and insight...:)

    Prime didn't want to hire me simply because they had no terminal here. The recruiter told me I would almost never be home. At least she was honest.
