You people who have been on here. You know I've looked at many many jobs.
Have a few I'm considering seriously.
I got a call this week from one. He is serious. He wants me. He wants to get the application process moving. I agreed, whole heartedly.
    It's OTR, out of Denver.
From what I told him about not crazy about home time. He said I could expect; $70k a year!
His company mostly averages 52 or 53K. But that's because most are day drivers. Home every night. Some OTR's hold back on mileage and more home time. They only make in the 50's.
It's driving a dry tanker. Full of Flour. Only a single, 53 foot trailer.
He can get me home. They have a run, three times a month, to Dickinson ND. I can stop at home on a run to or from Dickinson. Although I did tell him I'm not interested in alot of home time. He said: "You're my man!"
I sure as H! am! I'm taking it! Hit the Jackpot!
Oh BTW: They allow me to take my pet. But not allowed outside the truck at loading or unloading. This is food grade flour.

I hope it’s everything he says. Now stay tuned for Debbie Downers to comment.

Do bulk tankers come in 53s, or was that an office type just running his mouth? I've never seen one that big I don't think.

Anyway, good luck out there man!

That's what struck me. I'm new to tankers but all I've seen are 48 foot.
