    What's your deal man? He complained because he wasn't told before he arrived at the shipper he needed special equipment. Not sure why you have such a problem with him, but he hasn't done anything to warrant your ball busting.

    It is funny how some people will question those about certain things but stay at Sni...i will say this much...if someone has experience dealing with these brokers then they should know that brokers like dispatchers will lie or conceal info deliberately....

    Seems to me that you're the one confused. He didn't have a problem with the TRAILER washout or even the exterior was of truck and trailer. The problem was how the message was sent. It implied that he needed receipts for external and internal washes for BOTH truck and trailer. I too would be wondering not only WHY a company wants the INTERIOR of my TRUCK washed but also HOW.

    He later got confirmation that it was only the trailer that needed an interior wash receipt.
