If I can "kill" onguard I may be able to postpone freightliner visit. If I put all my weight on clutch starter seems to be fine. Maybe I'm just being a goober and looking for trouble.

I unhooked the ongaurd from behind dash. Took the screws out of panel and unhooked the display on dash. Just one wire that plugs into back of it. If you want to use cruise you have to turn it on and off 2 times to get it to work as stated before.

    UturnGirl Thanks this.

Just with cruise. But if you got too close to someone turning in a driveway or something and you were doing like 10 or 15, it would throw you through the windshield, even with the cruise off.

Nope. I may still be a goober but that starter is definitely acting squirrelly. Is that how you spell squirrelly?

No more goober. I think starter still needs looking at but not going to panic. I felt silly trying "trick" with onguard. Am I on candid camera? Did not work but Then I didn't really expect it to.
I got another nice settlement from last week. The next one will be measly because of home time but so far I'm getting good miles and got $100 for getting a trailer tire changed.
My Dad always said: "A realist looks both ways before crossing a one way street" and I am a realist so I'm waiting for JB honeymoon to be over but I never made money like this with Dart. Just sayin'

No you aren't on candid camera. I have the ongaurd system and I unhooked it from behind the dash. You might have an older system.

I wasn't referring to your suggestion. There are a couple of guys saying you can hold down the buttons turning cruise off and on off and on and spinning around 3 times while holding chicken entrails in your left hand....

    Aphrodite Thanks this.
