Not quite sure if your saying your after all deductions. Your "to the bank" is appx $2000 (per pervious responce). Or on average closer to 3k? However, either way I will say, if after all expenses. Your averaging $2000 or more. "TO THE BANK" You are doing pretty #### good. In fact as well or better. Than most of the guys ive known for my 25+ years otr. Including ones with paid off trucks. With the exception of bedbuggers.

The o/o’s you know must be doing something wrong if that’s all they’re making with a paid off truck

I put the numbers out there for you to see because my purpose in creating this thread was to tell it like it is. Personally I'm pleased with the numbers even though experience tells me that one major breakdown of either truck or driver (me) could land me in the poorhouse in a heartbeat.
Plus I'm working hard for it and I have a great relationship with fleet manager. It's trucking. Freight goes up n down and things change.
Recap: if anyone remembers. this journey began after I had stupidly given up my cdl for 3 years thinking i could go into semi retirement. But after starving to death because i could only get work at walmart or as office chick for $10 an hr i sunk my tiny savings into getting cdl back I was going to play it safe and be a company driver again at first until I learned the only way to have both my dogs with me was as an o/o. I am so glad I didn't go company because once you experience the difference between company and lease operator you never want to be company again.
I can only imagine how great it's going to be when I actually own my truck outright. And that is my goal.

I've done $6,000 gross to truck in a week. But more is possible. Stop reading all the flyers. Start talking to drivers. Stop using elog.

Stop trying! Just give up! I’m better than you! (BLEEP!) my horn is so loud, it’s the best horn. A lot of people tell me I have fantastic horns. Can you hear how loud my horn is? Unbelievably loud.
My way is the best way. No other way should be considered a way. It’s wrong. That’s your way. The wrong way.
Have I told you about my horn?
