Just recently acquired my CDL class A through CR England. I'm currently waiting in a hotel for a trainer to pick me up. BuT I'm tired of waiting. Is it possible to go to a different company with no experience while under contract with CR England? If so who? I called a few companies and they wont touch me cause im under contract.

You will find it's the EXACT same BS at every starter company.

Get your year in, then you can do what you please.

If you leave and go to another company, you will have to go through the whole orientation process all over...

    ....and wait in another motel.

Did you sign a contract if its with a major transport company i'm guessing the answer is yes? Go read the fine print and check what options you have if you've only just starting you may be ok most if not all contracts have a cooling off period where if your not happy with the deal you can pull out of it, however best check what the wording says cause after all if you've agreed to a deal/contract your obligated to abide by it. and they can and will make you pay whats owed.

    Patience indeed.

Some loads like Meat cut to order takes 3 to 4 days to fill your trailer. That includes nights of waiting. And more waiting. The money is worth it and you have a nice pile of HOS saved up to RUN when they call you out of that waiting.

If you cut and run now because you cannot stand a bit of waiting, god help you when its seriously time to wait in your truck...
