Attitude keeps many out when they act like they have a right to enter our country. I see that at Pigeon River frequently or they show up drunk after a stop at border casino and get themselves a DUI at customs along with a ban from ever entering the country. Guy in front of me at customs snagged the charge. Its like some think this is a 3 rd rate country with a border patrolled by Dudley Dooright.
Good Luck, I'm sure you are fine to enter
Oxbow, Zeviander, tinytim and 1 other person Thank this. -
I've watched many episodes of this..People are stupid IMO. Asians are the worst offenders for trying to smuggle in meat, etc. and then try to feign ignorance of law while paying $1000's of dollars in fines
No Dudley Do Right here
Check 33 minutes. Vehicle stinks of a recent dube but all passengers and driver allowed in,, hey we’re the band

I would hate to see him get up there and get turned around. I know he doesn't want that to happen. There will be no gold stars for that day's failure. Let us know how this turns out.
rank Thanks this. -
I think it's gonna be fine, my charge wad for underage possession when I was 20, legal drinking age in Canada is 18 to 19, so up there I wouldn't even get charged, plus it's almost a 20 year old charge, according to their website, after 10, they don't even care about it unless its a felony

Are you going anytime soon? Or just trying to make sure for future reference? I ask as you might want to get a FAST card. That will definitely tell you, but it takes a few weeks (6 or more, not really too sure) to get so if you have the load scheduled already it might be too late. -
Don't voluntarily disclose. Give them the answers they're looking for. Make sure you're legal under the Canadian HOS, and you've got your i's dotted and your t's crossed. Act like you're bored, and just want to get on with your day.
Oh, and say 'sorry' a few times. -
@ZVar underage POSSESSION of alcohol is NOT a felony in Canada, unless I was driving, or drinking while driving. I want in a car, I was walking, down an alley, the charge I got has nothing to do with a vehicle.... nothing
And yes I'll be going across the border on Wednesday morning
