It's a bad ground. Somewhere in that system there is a bad ground or something is grounding out intermittently causing this.

Does that transmission ground through the bellhousing?

I had that same code. It ended up being the two wires that came from the qualcomm..its weird..but one was grounding out. Green and yellow wires that log miles.

I had that exact problem with my 2013. It ended up being my qualcomm wires. The two in question were the green and yellow, that i believe logs miles. One was grounded out. I spend 1200 at a dealer and they never found the problem. I found it when i had the fuse box lid on the dash off and was moving the wires around heard the a clicking noise and found one wire was a little worn and was grounding out. Hope this helps.
