@Mike2633 might have some pro tips for you. I know he's told me about having some of those dilemmas when he was new. And he's a ninja with a dolly.
I'm sure over time a food/beverage driver gets used to making that assessment in a split second - whether it's worth chancing the tricky back or better to walk the product farther.

That's worth it itd save time and lifting cause usually i would have to load up all the cases roll it up to the sidewalk then unload all the cases and pull the dolly up the sidewalk then restack
