Does anyone know how long your license has to be back valid after being suspended for failure to pay speeding tickets. There is not anything on the Texas DMV site saying I would have to wait so I'm assuming I could go get my CDL, but would a company hire me since my license would be back valid for less then 3 months.
How long does license have to be valid?

I had my license suspended for failure to pay a fine in 2006. Paid the fine. License was reinstated and had no problems getting work.
How long was your license suspended for? Mine was 8 days. That’s how long it took me to get things “cleared up”SingingWolf, djmurria, TripleSix and 1 other person Thank this. -
How many and how much over.Dumdriver, SingingWolf, djmurria and 1 other person Thank this. -
Unless you don't have a choice wait 3 years as you will have MUCH better options. I know ####ty news but if I was in your boat I would be working a warehouse over a company like Carolina cargo

A majority of my tickets have reached the 3 year mark so it should be just those 2 left on it.
