Yes but they make up a very small percentage of overall freight for the industry as a whole. They'll just require all their freight to be moved by team trucks. It's the exception not the rule I think.
I'm not saying I'm right just giving my opinion.

Besides Walmart dictates to their suppliers so if need be they'll just require a 90 day payout on invoices instead of 45 as it is now.
I hope I'm right because I'd rather have steady year round freight instead of these peaks and valleys we have now.
But after all I am just another driver.mindes and SingingWolf Thank this. -

If they just put a little more time into the load the crisis would be over..........Last edited: Dec 22, 2017

Speaking of rates, just saw a load that SNI has posted in house for $900, posted elsewhere for 1800.
Do the math kool-aid kids.RootHog, poppapump1332, TennMan and 3 others Thank this. -

I have seen the same thing on DAT. I've called Schneider and yep it's a valid load. It goes to show you just how much they take off each load.

I honestly am surprised at their audacity.
Our contract is 65%. Which would be $1170 of what logistics is offering to an outside carrier.
Can anyone say "class action"? Seems like it would be a potentially huge award if some law firm would go after it. -
65% + FSC of 70% cause you know we gotta take 30% when we broker it to ourselves, then take another 35% after lol.
FullMetalJacket, TennMan and drvrtech77 Thank this.
