You said .24 per mile for a Team. It is .48 split that is how it equal.24 But they get all miles.swift does start solos in mid to high 30s everything has to be looked at in the correct context. Also the less per mile based on length of haul is for lease/owner ops. The only adjustment for company is when crossing Mississippi river.

 

Let’s let swift move on. It’s a moot point.
Back when I started, it was crap pay and they pushed students through like cattle. I haven’t bothered to look at how much Knight is paying Swift drivers these days, so I’m not an authority nor do I care
