To avoid this situation in the future, call the receiver and confirm your appointment time.

Also, get the name of the person you talked to and make a note of the time you talked to that person.

Never trust a broker and some times even your dispatcher.

No offense buddy but how big a boy are ya? Ill tell ya, its nice being 6'4" 250. I always get respect and never have to raise my voice. I wouldn't even know if I could fight worth a da-mn because its been 20 years since I last took a swing at someone. The one thing that was really weird was that you called the police because of verbal abuse. Dude that requires having your man card pulled

So in all your years on earth, you have never ever ever stepped outta line and gone off on someone because of something happening in your life?

You're a better person than me then.

I treat other people commensurate with how they treat me. Often, I think I am too passive. I really have to be provoked to explode.

Sounds like you have anger issues. Me personaly, i have never gone off on anyone due to my personal life. Its called respect and self control. Its part of growing up and being a man, not a boy.

especially when the guy has to hear the same story about someone having to get unloaded to meet a deadline every day and all day. I used to work cold storage docks back in the 90's. Sorry pal, your at the mercy of the time clock punching in and other duties. What time you get unloaded has nothing to do with people messing around with your life and your schedule. Its just what it is. So the way I see it, this guy telling the manager he had a appt. So yeah great. What do you want me to do about it? I had an apt today for my dogs at the vettes to get shots at 10am. I waited for a half hour over that till the doc saw them. Then I had to wait some more. Took me almost 2 hours just get shots. I had #### to do. Sorry its the way of life. So the manager at this place, had an extra bad morning and blew his top

Oh yeah, wait till you find out your wife is dying, your kid is dying, our dog is dying, you find out your wife is cheating, your bills are all overdue. The next day someone crosses you wrong, you say " sorry sir, let me personally unload you". what fantasy world is this?

I don't lash at at other people due to something happening in my life that they are not aware of.
