    Were sposed to take a 30 minute break but my truck doesn't have elog because the dang thing wouldn't charge. Personally im just gonna take my break at a stop and work

    You gotta take some time for yourself everyday. Sit down, have a sandwhich. Listen to the radio, anything but work. When they call you, ignore and call them back after you've recharged.

    It’s only soda-it’s just a 4 letter word. Nothing more.

    On the days I’m paid hourly (time and half after 8) if I can get done in under 8 hours I’ll take the time for myself when I’m done. On the days when I work more than 8 I’ll take it during the workday. Either way, I’m taking a few minutes for myself.

    I don't really take the time because that 20 to 30 minutes is another stop or half a stop depending on how many cases

    To each their own. With 10-12 stops and 200 cases it won’t take you long to be getting thru that in under 8 hours anyway. Just stay with it and you’ll find yourself done quicker and quicker every day

    I know the hospitals and some of the bigger gas stations kill me though. Usually 40 plus cases and god forbid those dang dollar trees on Wednesday with like 70 cases. #### right now with help i average usually 8 or 9 hour days with two people
