    This is a guy on Facebook that is hanging on to hope that the ELD mandate will be done away with. I think his way of going about it in this isn't going to work this way.

    His groups, and there are several, are usually about bashing those of us who are actively running under ELDs and don't have an issue with them.

    Yup. That way, cop can threaten to arrest you for trespassing if you DON'T leave, then give you a level 1, put you OOS for driving in violation of the HOS, and have your truck towed since you're on the street when you DO attempt to drive off the property.

    I posted this same scenario, still waiting for a response. Most likely it'll be that im a steering wheel holding, new age, mega driver... or something along those lines

    Oh the discussing is getting ramped up lol

    His claim is that they can't arrest you because they are holding you up, and therefore the cops are at fault for the delay lmao
