I wonder if the judge will know a 34 reset isn't mandatory. ;)

This should be educational. OP parked a truck on the street and was ticketed. If there was a NO PARKING sign, he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. If there were no signs....?

I've got the city trying to collect $200 from me in my personal car. The original fine was $30.

PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. Yet. Not one sign was posted where 30+ cars were parked. The no parking zone was in front of a building. BEHIND US. 4 signs clearly marking the zone with the left sign pointing to the right. The right sign pointing to the left. The 2 middle signs point both directions. The only sign posted says 5 MPH.

This happened 25 months ago. I no longer own the car. And what makes them think the actual owner parked the car there. I may have loaned it out that night. Why should i be held accountable for something someone else did. And if they don't want cars parked there. Perhaps they shouldn't allow events to happen there cuz there's nowhere else to park. Because out on the side street and the main road. Signs are there also. In front of houses. The only reason the car was parked where it was at. Because it's the only area with ZERO SIGNS.

Are you saying you couldn't park anywhere else because your hours were up and had to park illegally? yes that will be a good case to argue cause what do you do, do you drive illegally or do you park illegally? Although i'm betting the prosecution will argue that you've had enough time to park in a more suitable place it will be interesting to see if the judge will see your side or the prosecutions personally i'd try to strike some kind of deal with them.

Really, you will lose. We've been there a few times with a lawyer and the judge said not his problem and you could have just moved.

An empty class c is regulated like a class a? It's a box truck possibly apart of an outfit that includes tractrailers. Ima look it up. Be back shortly.
