RM has been doing software for 8 + years. So not a new kid on the block

 

...and why would anyone want to pay their hard-earned money to any corporation that played a role in lobbying for this ridiculous mandate? As far as I'm concerned, Qualcon can kiss my ###.

 

I tried out a couple of ELD, the RM ELD-50 was one I tried and it didn't work, kept losing sync with bluetooth, and had tons of problems with correct drive time. I bought the VDO Roadlog system and it has worked great. The VDO company has been doing electronic logs longer than anyone else, including Qualcomm. It is true that RM is just a map company, they don't really know how to do electronic logs.

 

vdo roadlog went with this myself and have had no problems at all easy to use and no monthly payments.

 

Do you really think the other companies didn't do the same thing get real.

 

Yep the manufacturers get paid, the retailers get paid, the government gets sales and income raxes.

Yea i have the eld 50 with the overdryve pro for the past two days it has been putting me as driving when I’m in the sleeper berth and can’t get a hold of any in technical support
