Sam's Club is always good for loading trailers tail heavy. That way the load can be made legal by sliding the tandems all the way back if necessary and they don't have to rework it. Never mind the fact that you might be going through some small towns that you have to make a couple of turns to stay on route.
Unilever in Tobyhanna, PA. is also known for that. I've had to return back a few times to get the load reworked. Before they rebuilt the Guard House, inside there was hundreds of Cat Scale Cards stuck to the wall where loads were brought back. I would have liked to gotten all those cards.
You mean Genco aka Johnson & Johnson... Haven't been in about 6 months. I'm not crazy about the place.... Roll on...
How about the idiot who posts a sign saying "Through traffic keep left" then 500ft later posts a sign saying "keep right except to pass". Which one is it!?!?! Not our typical C-Bag post but I figured it still fit.
I have seen that around here, although it's about 1/2 mile apart, and that's only bc there is a horseshoe get off/ get on ramp together that you have about 100 ft to make the change from or to the ramp.
So I show up at Chez Obetz, drop a relay and go to pick up a relay, with nice plans to dip south out of the cold for a few, just to find... And of course, no one is available to give permission to break the seal. Now maybe the driver picked it up preloaded and sealed, but still, seriously?
Thank goodness this relay only sat in Gary a few hours today. Even though the BOL was longer then War and Peace, given another few hours and it would have been gone.
Thats what I do/would have done had I dropped it. Richard thought putting it in a Walmart bag was good enough. I could see it someplace like Sturtevant or Wis Rapids, but Gary? Come on.
