If she's hot
She is getting a bigger tip ... and I am ordering a healthier choice of meal. Club sandwich is a go to.
If she is fat
She will get $1 or $2 and I am more likely to order a poor food choice. Double cheeseburger and poutine those fries.

 

Hot, with a personality, with great service. Any one of those gets my attention, give me all three and it's a very enjoyable meal with a very generous tip.

to answer the question - no. tip is dependent on service. tipping one girl more than another because of good looks is ridiculous. want food - go to a restaurant. want attention - go to the significant other.

 

I do like me a set of nice Tah Tah's with a big friendly smile. I know that's all it is is friendly but hey being top heavy ain't easy. Girl deserves a Lil extra

 

Rack + Bad Service does not = Good Tip

 

I tip well for good service.

What God gave the Gal has nothing to do with it. I remember a few who did particularly well. One of the best was taken by Cancer back in the 90's she probably got a few dollars more than necessary to carry on the fight.

 

They need more hooters near truck stops...always stop in Waco TX at the pilot...

 

Screw telling others how to run their business.

if they earned it through hourly wages, the service would suck.

They need to actually work for their money by giving good customer service.

Before christmas my wife insisted to go to one of these chain franchise places and i didn't want to but I gave in to my wife, she has been on a kick to use up surplus gift cards we accumulated this past year. So we went to a place that pays their waitstaff an hourly wage, they made a big deal over it a few months back about this crap of a living wage. We get there, it is dead, I mean dead and the service sucked, absolutely crap. We get in there and there is no one to greet anyone, they are talking by the drink kiosk then someone notices us And she said there is a ten minute wait, with one table filled. Get seated, then no water, the waiter acted like he didn't give a crap, the order was all wrong and we got the meal all served at once not staged AND no silverware which my wife had to chase down and take from the hostess table. We got the check, I left two gift cards and a fin and left.

So she is big on this survey crap, so when we got home, she took that survey and told the company what happened and said that the no tip idea sucks and we won't be returning to thier chain ever again.

 

It's a problem with management. Not the pay. There's countless countries that have no concept of required tips, or even get insulted when you try to tip. Their service is just fine.
