Local work, repower...whatever...negotiate the pay BEFORE agreeing to do the work. Everything's negotiable. Even for company drivers.

Its a two sided coin now. They got away with it this time, but i would raise hell. Im an employee, you dont treat me like this and expect 110% for receiving nothing while helping you out, you my employer.

I think if you let it slide, they will use it to their advantage. They know you wont do anything.
Of course this could have just been a 1 in a career puck over, but im not in your shoes.

Had it happened to me, id think about it for a short time and if i really couldnt think clearly.... id rub one out lol, and if it bothered me after that... then its game on. Im taking it to the front lines.

Always always always rub one out when your about to make a stupid decision. That way the testosterone is gone and you can think clearly. Lmao.

Disclaimer... i only have experience that this works with buying a car you dont actually need or want, taking out bank loans, stay up or sleep, get married or not....

i DO NOT have experience with rubbing one out after a BS repower. And starting something with the company. Let me just make that clear. Results will vary.

Just wow for the OP. I feel bad for you. That's pretty cold blooded what they did to you. Do you access to the operating center manager? Maybe give them a call and see if you can get at least $150 to $200 for all that?
