Mark ... I performed precisely the steps you suggested and just as Jaywill219 indicated, my log for Friday ( the last day I worked ) still shows me driving for 17+ hours. Now what ?????

Sorry, But I took a family day yesterday... LOL.... more in line with I pulled a back muscle and not moving well....

I am working with Rand and hopefully can get some resolution to this. I am working with department heads, not the tier 1 support.

I know this is frustrating on your end and puts you in issue with the Mandate. I do feel your pain though.. As many of you know I ran OTR for 3 years, so I know the issue hits home...

If each of you can, Start a conversation with me..

    Name
    ELD serial number
    E-Mail
    phone

List what you did to update to 4.6.1
List any steps you did after updating to 4.6.1
List any issues you see now after updating to 4.6.1

    DO THIS in a conversation..

    Thanks,
    Mark

I have two trucks doing the same thing. We also uninstalled and reinstalled as you instructed. Now both trucks have logs that we cannot edit and seversal violations noted on these modified logs. The changes happened yesterday 1/2/2018 in both cases. Drivers are on paper logs today because of this issue.

Just wondering if anyone on RM ELD50 / Driver Connect has been able to get the above referenced issues resolved.

I think Mark is trying his best but I'm just running paper now and have printed out all the efforts I've made to make my ELDS work.

If I get inspected, I'll be as nice as possible while explaining my efforts to be ELD compliant as a 1 truck 300 mile radius daycab.

Hopefully, NC troopers will understand. I'm more worried about Virginia, to be honest.

I was able to correct most of the logs that has been re-written by the software in the portal.

Today I noticed that the following items disappeared from the portal; fuel purchases and state mileages.

I also see that the app is under reporting the mileage for the day by 10 to 15%.

As you can see, the graph (yesterday 1/3/2018) appears normal.

The "ELD Events" recorded as it should.

I could not replace the 30 minute break. I was able to edit the drive-time that continued after the driver logged off-duty. I did this through the portal. I looked up the "ELD Event" when the driver logged "off-duty" and set the time as "off-duty". I then sent it to the driver for him to accept the edit.
