You can tell which version you have by looking on the main screen upper left hand corner. If it says JJ Keller Mobile and no letters it is a very early version. The next version is JJ Keller Mobile AOBRD.
We updated to the JJ Keller Mobile ELD version which is the problem child.
You can also go to the system menu screen and dig around to find out which app version you have.
.136 is the current version which allows changeover to ELD, determined by the company admin, version .142 is supposed to be out this weekend to solve some of the problems. and a version .146 is in the works.

It may be legal, but their programming cannot accommodate it, which I find incredibly short sighted. I would like to know what a company with 5000 PeopleNet systems are going to do when they take delivery of the next 100 tractors next week, which they routinely do. Are they going to be forced to change the entire fleet at once, or does PeopleNet ( or Omnitracs or whatever) have the dual capability.

Ours is just JJ Keller Mobile, no letters after that.

I was off for the last 18 days, during which JJ Keller released 2 updates to the Mobile app. With fresh hours and updates in hand yesterday I had high expectations. That changed.
In the last 24 hours:
The recap indicates I drove 814,453 miles today
Changed the grid from a midnight to midnight time frame to 7am 7am.
Completely shut down with errors when tried to use non regulated driving function.
Inserted at least 6 edits that niether my company or I requested.
Changed the rules from 70/8 to 60/7
All of the 180 trucks in our fleet are experiencing similar problems.
How's everyone else doing? -

Our company signed a contract with EROAD today to replace our malfunctioning JJ Keller units. EROAD is a dedicated unit, hardwired to the truck no bluetooth or additional devices(phone or tablet) utilized. It is a major bit of work for us to replace the 180 units, but we have no choice.
EROAD is a New Zealand based company that has been providing the transportation industry revenue and regulatory units since 2000 on 4 continents. If you want more information:

I am running a 2013 Cascadia with Eroad, I see some problems with that, too, it is connected by cellular to the cloud, and it isn't recording the mileage correctly or even consistently. Some days are right on others are short by 20% or even more.
There are some other problems.Studebaker Hawk Thanks this.
