Just to cover this again. Rand is having daily conference calls, (me included since I run the Beta Team), the director and I converse via a few media means all day in regards to what the testers see and actions the testers need to do.
The testers are not paid Rand Employee's. They are normal drivers like yourself, a few small to mid size fleets, etc.
Engineers and fleet support is working to resolve this issue and test.
Rand is also working on a tool to rebuild prior logs. I saw an test of it today. The events log is correct.
This has the HIGHEST Priority at Rand...

If you did not, when you shut down if before Midnight, log out of the DC App and then log in again after Midnight, it does not have to be at that point in time.. just when you roll the next day.

We too have a running log with Rand McNally about the isues of at the end of the day it changes everything to driving time. Major violations there if DOT'd. We were instructed by a DOT officer that when we have a known issue that we have 8 days to get it fixed......it's been more than 8 days so we are in violation......As far as a fix for the driving time we did have 4 days that it actually logged everything as it really was and didn't change it the next morning but now for the past 3 days it's gone back to changing everything to driving time. I sit and wait on hold for hours and I feel like I have LIVED on the phone for the past 2 weeks which I have and we still have no solution. -
