Don't do it I worked for them for 3 years and quit you are load pay and you don't get payed unless you are loaded and if you go to a rack and they are out of contracts you have to go to another rack and you don't get payed for your time this happens all the time
They try and screw you out of your bonus alll the time and if you loose bonus for one quarter that mean you have a bad year, you need 5 good years meaning 5 perfect years to get the big bonus.
Plus loves has been cutting rates in there drivers and the health insurance is getting worse

 

They raised rates where I worked within the last year. I would be making more money if I would have stayed than my previous years despite them changing the min pay up. I agree about allocations being a problem but what other local driving company offers a 1k+ weekly gurantee?
Gemini health insurance may not be the best but it's one of the better ones I have dealt with. You wanna see poor insurance come to work at Walmart and get a 3k ded and a 7k max out of pocket for one individual!! Makes gemini insurance a miracle!!

 

Anyone know of an RM or lead driver in the Jacksonville (NE) Florida area that I could talk to? I'd 'love' to haul gas for Gemini, and I don't mind regional/night work. Any info would be great, thanks!

 

I work for Gemini on the DEF side. I like it. Guarantee pay per week, free coffee and half off food, and I deliver to a truck stop not a station downtown Chicago. It's love over here

 

Well my view on it is this you make decent money of $64k yr..you deliver to just truck stops..you lift a hose here and there..yes allocation can be annoying but you get bonuses quarterly, end of year, and the 5yr and 10yr and so forth. You are home daily and have two days back to back off. And you get to drive in nice equipment not some ragged out truck and trailer. I mean what more you want as a truck driver. Grass isn’t greener always in the other side ..I guess me coming to loves from slinging groceries 12 years and all makes me appreciate this job.

 

Yeah I love it here to...it’s easy money and just truck stops I don’t get why it’s so difficult to make a jump with some of these guys on this thread that have a golden opportunity...guess the unknown does that lol
