Same here. Remember "logsrus"? She was always posting. Guess the trolls ran her off. Funny, I thought her screen name had something to do with trees until I found out she worked in the log dept of Celadon. put two and two together and...ohhhh yeeeeeeah. Anyway...yeah, the trolls are turning this place into a toilet. Kinda like an internet forum version of the CB. Sign of the times, I guess. :(

I've said it before and I'll say it again - the millenials coming thru my truck have nothing on gen x and the boomers in terms od entitlement.

I have yet to have a millenial demand the lower bunk (my truck runs as a solo).

I have yet to have a millenial complain about the company not paying foe food while on the road training, or that the company only gives a $60 advance.

I have yet to have a millenial yell at me for the company not sending weather reports to each truck. Or refuse to do a pretrip, couple, goal, etc because its raining.

I have more trouble getting the older guys out of bed in the morning, back on the road after breaks, and to do the end of day paperwork. Heavan help me if I expect them to run a 14 hour day, they'll be complaining to everyone they can when they get back to the terminal.

And would you believe I have to regulate in cell phone use more with the older guys? Millenials I tell during mutuals if they're logging on duty, no cell phone use; then generally one reminder. Gen Xers I generally have to drop the hammer on.

Millenials are annoying as heck to work with, but generally easier to teach.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Maybe not, but you still have to deal with the aftermath as depicted there.

Yeah, it can be cleaned and life will go on.
I would send him the bill but I have a feeling it would be a waist of time at this point.
