“Weddle is charged with two counts of manslaughter, three counts of aggravated operating under the influence, two counts of driving to endanger and eight counts of various trucking rule violations. Those violations include false record-keeping, driving while fatigued, driving while using alcohol and driving while possessing alcohol.
Manslaughter carries a possible 30-year prison term.”

Hmmm, did his company know about the "11 prior convictions for operating under the influence or driving while under the influence" and still allow him to drive for them? -
Wow.. 6 trucks listed for the company. And if you look at the violations, nearly all of them list the same plate number. Which also appears to be the truck plate number in the crash. -
You know who needs to be in jail? The judge that kept letting him slide.KillingTime and Moving Forward Thank this. -

Prosecutor prior to the verdict offered him a deal-30 years with all but 20 suspended but Weddle rejected the offer. Now he’s looking at 30 years max.
One thing is for sure, now that he’s been convicted on all counts,they’re gonna make an example out of him.Last edited: Jan 31, 2018
