Only 2 PTO days a year? We get 96 hours a year of PTO plus our 2 weeks vacation. And we are 95% drop and hook.

 

Also if you figure my pay out by the hour it's $24.92 an hour.

I believe that! The problem is youre in a bad area with a very low pay scale. I thought about transferring down to Charlotte. But the pay scale down there is sh**tty.
