You tell us. Was it a warning or a ticket?
Either way it counts on both your PSP and the companies CSA scores.

    Here is an idea.

Learn how to use lanes properly. You're going to kill someone.

Better try Google on that one.
@Mark Kling probably knows the answer or where to find the answer.

What State? were you driving a CMV? In some States (most all) a written warning is a non admissible non-citation. Now I know I am gonna hear someones sisters, cousins, niece, 2 removed got a warning and wound up on death row. In most states warnings go nowhere they are placed in a file in the Squad room for about 2 or 3 weeks and then filed. HOWEVER look on the warning and see if there is a case number on it, If there is you got a ticket If I knew the State I could decipher it and give you more info. Remember that a ticket (citation) is a legal affidavit and acts as a charging document. Therefore it must have a case number a state statute, and a legible signature on all 5 copies. A warning only has 2 copies and just the state statute and location. Warnings are sent to dispatch in the event the individual is stopped for the same violation within a day or so.

Since it was under a CDL regardless of the vehicle It may be sent to FMCSA (?) and listed under a warning (non actionable) but tell your employer and be upfront about it.

Delaware, Rhode Island and Vermont use a system like we used in Fl. I seriously doubt you will ever see that on any report or record, BUT remember anything is possible, get a copy of your PSP and DACA if it is not there it did not happen (give it about 4 weeks to show up after that I would not worry that much)

    13'trucker Thanks this.
