Seems like Utah bumped it up from 90 to 120 days. For car privileges. First offense.
I'm glad I got my dui when I did. Decades ago. Walk in the park compared to the penalties today.
Would it be relevant to obtain my license again or just let them go???

It is just the consequences are so much serious... They make you think twice before doing it and if caught drunk and driving they make you Pay

What I would need to be clear on when a lawyer tells me about my license is whether or not he’s talking about the commercial drivers license. This must be pretty recent. What’s the ruling on your drivers license? And what’s the ruling on your CDL driving privileges? There are 2 separate penalties. -

it's still pending I recently just got it... I refuse to take a breathalyzer to... So automatically my CDL is suspended for 1yr and I can get a restricted regular license if I do the interlock ignition...
