I been looking online but can't seem to find it. What size lines do you run to the heads and what size from tank to pump. Is the lines from pump to heads stock size. I have a 350 BC II and want to do this setup with the button on fuel pump changed. Also would going to a stage 4 turbo make a difference.

No need to mess with tank to pump, just tee into line that runs to read head and run that to front head behinds fan clutch, I think it's 3/8 brake line is what I used, you will also want to add a fuel pressure gauge to keep an eye on pressure. I was running mine about 180-200 psi, I had throttle shaft screw backed out about 6 turns, with #10 button and 6 shims behind spring. It ran pretty good, but by no means am I telling you to do what I did, mine lived yours may not, so start small and work your way up.

I do have a few shims left and a #15 fuel button left over, the lower buttons are getting scarce, if anybody wants it make me an offer!!

I see some great info here. I am going to get an 400 big cam but will need to rebuild it. Was in a Michigan log truck and broke the crank. I can buy it for scrap price. If block is bad I will still have a bunch of spare parts. But I hope it's rebuildable. It will be my first project and my first mechanical engine. I have a truck to put it in but still much planning and only time will tell.

Can you shut up and not post?

There is a reason the 855 has been in production since the 50s and still is being produced overseas, and that sure isn’t because it is a bad engine.

No, there is a lot of bad info in there that they give to make them sell more parts.
