Be aware Millis makes you unload the trailer sometimes.

    I'm a driver, not a lumper. *(*( that.

Means you get in the back of the trailer and unload whatever you are hauling. Some places will let you use their pallet jack if it's a palletized load other times you will be lifting each box or whatever by hand.

I don't unload trailers at Abilene, but I've seen other company drivers at docks doing it and I'm glad I don't have to.

Are you a millis driver? We have 99 percent no touch freight.. honestly should be 100 because I haven't heard anyone talking about having to unload.

JOHNQPUBLIC, firemedic2816 and Kwan23 Thank this.

Only complaint I would have about millis is that we don't go out west, which I knew coming in. We do have a run that runs from New jersey to California, I haven't gotten it and only know a few people who have. Other than that I have a great dispatcher who pre plans me every Friday so I don't have to deal with weekend dispatch, and I hardly ever have to wait for a load. Averaging over 3000 miles a week

I agree, I’d much rather run west too.
