After you have run the 70 hr clock out and have completed a 34 hr reset, when you start a new week and at the end of your fist day do you only enter the hours you worked on that day in box A even though it ask "Total hours on duty last 7 days including today"?
I'm assuming a reset means just that and everything starts at zero even though technically you'd be entering an incorrect answer into box A.
Log book reset after 34 hours. Enter 0 on line

ShooterK2, CrappieJunkie and fishonron Thank this.

Truckermania is correct.
First question that came to my mind is: why do want to calculate your hours yourself?
The first answer I expected: Elog will tell you.
I think you might be running under an exemption. But knowing the ins and outs from scratch is never a bad thing.
Good luck -

Sheesh!ShooterK2 Thanks this. -
Some things about this reset rule can be confusing to people that have run a logbook. It's normal. However ask yourself this question. If a 34 reset resets your 60/70 total does it not make sense that your weekly total is now 0? Hand I know your in school. However a small bit of common sense will take you a long way in this industry.
