I’m pretty sure I’m ok after I just pay this thing. Right? Local sheriff in an Ohio city wrote me a ticket for being overweight for that specific residential road. Signs were posted and I didn’t comply with those signs. Sheriff said it’s not a moving violation and “no points assigned” I did not get inspected and no DOT came. $219 fine no biggie.
Does this follow me around on PSP points?
Over weight for a road ticket, does this affect my PSP?

I got a level 2 inspection and three things to fix. He wrote up the company. Do I still get any points? Didn't even think about that.

There was the sheriff at the top of the hill just waiting for trucks. He wasn’t a jerk. He said it is a serious problem there. He only wrote it as over by 5-10k lbs for the weight limit. I was more like 3x that. So I got a break.Bean Jr., HalpinUout and Scooter Jones Thank this. -
