Yes it's good for Illinois, but it also sets precedent for other states as well. I guess worse case is you get it setup and they say no so you change it so something else.
If you don’t live in FL you should or a state that has less income tax to pay. Then you’d be so happy to use your address.
Florida is awful with their PIP requirements for insurance. Yes you might get no state income tax, but they do that because everyone gets relocated every other year from the good old hurricanes. it's just easier to charge a high sales tax rate then hunt you down for the income tax! Plus I already live in a state that doesn't have an income tax or get relocated by mother nature
Even IRP plates? I've got rejected on IRP for using virtual office. And had to change address on everything.
