Oh. And just a heads up. All that editing is logged and saved. Hope you never get audited because you'd be ####ed.

    I drive 14hr clock. Not
It's not edited. Most of you guys are way to sensitive over this. Original post was about sleeping 8-9hr instead of 10 and driving and skipping 30min break.

I like to shower at end of the day or beginning. I drive 14hr regardless but it's all city driving not long haul.not local just many stops I enjoy my home time more than road time I can cut out a morning shower to be home hour or two sooner than I support that. I only drive safe, and rested.

Without being so judgemental here honesty, what if you're only two hours from home and out of time because unexpected traffic ? Or maybe 50mi left till you reached the destination but not enough time so you can't make the appointment. Is the right thing to do take the loss or cheat to get that one more hour? No one is mentioning driving unsafe or anything. Am I wrong for first thought is to trick the system to make my deadline or get home without having to rest 10hr?

I was just about to say something similar. Obviously we all are built the same and all require the same amount of sleep and we all get tired after exactly the same amount of time working. I guess some of us just haven’t figured it out yet.

Nope not what I said. You obviously can't handle a conversation like this. I drive dedicated maybe around 1500 miles over three days. I just have hard time sleeping when I run out of time around 9-10pm. With paper I'd go hour or two more then wake up when I'm rested. ELD forces me to sleep when Im not sleepy and wake up when I'm not ready or miss driving.

My logs are by the book, it's all a theory I wanted to run by someone for some reason advice. But few of you people here have serious issues and can't be civil about skipping few hours.

No reason to get your panties all tight over this lol.
