You want to guess how often my milk tank is mistaken for a fuel tanker by the general public? It should be zero, but i can count on one hand how many times ive been asked about hauling fuel. I look at them stupid and they point to the tank, i say thats a milk tank, they look at me stupid. Lol

Same places I park now that I’m back pulling a freight box.

Customers, secret hiding spots, and mom/pop truck stops..

Mega truck stops are magnets for mega fleet drivers and we all know what they bring to the table.

Wanted to park at the place across the street, but it looked like a mudbog. So I’m in the pilot. Not happy. Truck to my right left, now I’m waiting to get backed into in the middle of the night.

when I was out in west tx, spent the nite next to a pump jack out in the middle of a field. figured I'd have it all to myself - nooooooooooooo one other truck parked there. it was nice and quiet.

usually at the flying j hole, or loves in Pecos - what a hole that place is -

    these days its at home

Yup. Just without that last factor. Which is cool. Played the game, lost a lot of money. All set. Lol.

Maybe if you had a Milk Placard the general populus would know what you're hauling.

I think it is just a numbers game. There isn't as many of us out here as there are say dry vans and reefers so you don't see as many of us. So we seem more elusive.

Mega truck stops suck. One time I stopped at loves.

“How much fuel for a shower?”

“50 gallons but you gotta call and activate your card it takes 15 minutes but you get free big gulps.”

“No thanks I’ll just ride Dirty.”

I don’t want all the loyalty crap. Can’t I just show a receipt and you give me a key? I also don’t feel like begging drivers for a shower.

Some things in life never to believe. One is a stripper telling you anything and another is a farmer telling you he's broke and whining about money. Especially a dairy farmer. ;)
