Yep, he sat behind the stage resting a lot while his band played with no name singers. If I didn’t mind. He’s old .
They had a big tribute to him in Nashville a few weeks ago, seems like it’s gonna be on Sirius once they get it all edited together

    buddyd157 Thanks this.

    §391.31
Road tests are not mandatory unless the driver is going to be driving doubles/triples or a tanker. Otherwise, a company can accept the drivers cdl as evidence of cometency in lieu of the road test.

Question 1: Are employers still required to administer road tests since all States have implemented CDL skills testing?

Guidance: The employer may accept a CDL in lieu of a road test if the driver is required to successfully complete a road test to obtain a CDL in the State of issuance. However, if the employer intends to assign to the driver a vehicle necessitating the doubles/triples or tank vehicle endorsement, the employer must administer the road test under §391.31 in a representative vehicle.

    That's all fine and dandy.
I've done a road test every where I've worked,
Even if it was a 2 minute trip around the block.

    buddyd157 and fatmike02 Thank this.
