Trailer repositioning fee sounds unchanged. You won't get clarity, just at the mercy of box. It's what made me leave 2 years ago. No paid tolls is a game changer. Unless they want to pay actual hub miles. My guess is that's not happening. Lol. Tennman is right. They always take away little by little and never give it back.
I drove for them long enough to know if they aren't going to pay tolls on their major lanes such as the PA and WV turnpike's, then those loads are about as worthless as the 75 miles you were shorted in the first place.

TennMan, Sipesh, jsnell and 3 others Thank this.

    I can be confusing because 11(a)2( b)
Toll charges : carrier shall deduct from oo the cost of all toll expenses on owner operators ezpass or other toll transponder device.
I've been told nothing has changed though and there's still a aproved list of tolls.
I still need to speak to someone else though to confirm.

If I remember correctly it was written the same in the last contract.
That trlr fee is the same as it was since item 17 was interduced awhile back.

My head is still spinning from reading all the legal jargon, Roflmao.

does anyone know why Van ICs would get their tolls waived but bulk ICs have to pay all their tolls? i went to Maine once, that s h i h t was $150 dollars to get up and out at the end of the week.

*edit: bulk IC must be ahead of the game.

Yeah, I went back and compared the old contract to the tolls. Look the same to me.

what would have been nice and much simpler is if the had sort of a "Cliff Notes" version....
"This is what has changed since the last contract......." instead of making us have to slog our way through a whole pile of legalese to find the missing comma....
