The misadventures of a rookie tanker yanker

Live load in Stepan then onto Cambridge OH. I tank wash in Charleston, grab a clean from our Charleston terminal, load in Gallipolis and run to Montgomery to unload. That gets me to Wednesday. The Twisted Sisters will assign me a load towards home so I be back in NC Friday night.

 

I'm grabbing a hotel tomorrow. Don't load until Monday afternoon. Just got into Charleston WV a couple of hours ago after making delivery in Cambridge OH.

The final 4 is on so I ordered pizza and wings.

 

Glad that hasn't been me.

Read my travel order and started trip planning for tomorrow. I'm not going to Montgomery AL. I'm going to Montgomery NY. Dang it.

It's still a decent haul. I was just wanting to run south at some point during this trip. Pedricktown will be dispatching me towards home.

 

Feels good to be rolling again. Currently under the rack in Gallipolis WV.

I'll run a hundred or so loaded so I can get good parking for the night. Tomorrow I'll run up close to Montgomery and take a 10 so I have a lot of time to roll after unloading.

There are several more hours of dispatch delay on this load. I've had a lot of dispatch delay over the last 4 days. It isn't like this often and I'm thankful for that. It really makes you appreciate the times when you roll loaded regularly.
