I don’t think we are going under: spoka with many at home office: we may not trade on the market for awhile; tho... And some people ( no longer with us) May be charged after the completion of the audit.. just my opinion... we have a good secure line of credit and we have increased our revenue per mile and I do believe we will get thru this...

Celadon Expects to Be Delisted From NYSE
Part of the problem is that most of the trucks given to owner operators and lease purchasers were overvalued and we all know the lions share of Celadon’s fleet consisted of International trucks.

That's too young to die! In these times, he should have had at least another 20 years.

We'll see if they're going to pull a
    Jevic or arrow situation.

Celadon is so currupt and full of lies in
That main office that nobody knows what's
    Going on.
Any driver there wouldn't have any clue of
    What's really happening. None.

They'll tell you what you want to hear
So a bunch of drivers don't all quit.
You got stock holders and billion dollar banks
    With lawyers,accountants, and CPA'S who
Can't figure out this tangled web of fraud
    That celadons put themselves in.

This is a train wreck waiting to happen.
Unlike some of the others that crashed
And burned, there's no excuse for a driver
At celadon to have thier last check bounced
And be stranded a 1000 miles from home.
All the signs are there now.

I'm not chipping in for a bus ticket home
On this one. You should have known better.
I helped the arrow and jevic guys.
    They were completely blindsided.

You guys said that crap last year, too.... you continue to spout your uninformed crap if you want: I’m living it; Ive watched what the PAST administrators tried to do! That doesn’t make those working their butts off now to fix and make amends for what was done. There is no reason for any of us currently with the company to freak out like you are projecting and act irrationally.. Daily operations haven’t been affected and they do not anticipate any reason to reshuffle in a bankruptcy.. so everybody needs to calm the heck down..

    Opus Thanks this.
