Most Mega Carriers are. Easier to train and retain new drivers. Supposedly better gas mileage and less fatigue on drivers specifically when in the city. Most Mega Carriers will be completely automated except for training purposes so driver doesn't have any restrictions on their CDL. Mom and pop companies for the most part will stick to standard.
