funny you mention, i saw one of those jacked up powerstrokes with huge rims and rubbber bands at the liqour store earlier. I was like wtf. i did give him some credit though. He didnt have dual stacks in the bed like a wannabe trucker that couldnt get his cdl. Plenty of those around here.

Getting caught with dyed(non-taxed) diesel in a highway running vehicle is a VERY expensive offense.........also not saving $1/gal even states with horrific fuel taxes only tack on maybe .55/gal

I was told many years ago that diesel wholesalers are required by IRS regulations to report all sales of red fuel the amounts and who the fuel was sold to. I have not been able to confirm this. However if it is true then that would account for all the times I have seen IRS agents enter businesses that use diesel driven heavy equipment and check all the road vehicles. I have seen this several times over my life.
