I agree with you. Loosing itemization for a simplified larger deduction means higher taxes for me, at least.

 

Im undecided on the per diem...is it good or bad...cant decide what to do...I see good and bad in it

 

I think the company type would divert that money away from FICA and would lower your Social Security, and really hurt if you went to get a loan.
When I went for my loan my bank just wanted my W-2s and last 2 paychecks. I think if I had a per deim plan it might have lowered what they would loan me.

Pulled into the southbound scales at Ashland OR. They had the bypass coned off but ended up moving the cones and waving us around the truck stopped with his tandems on the scale. The scale read 33800 and the scale master had his tape measure out.
