Like I said it’s possible I was doing 1400-1600 just working Monday they Friday. They always wanted me to do weekend work as well. That was also doing 4-5 loads a week. They offered my friend 500 a week on top of wherever he grossed just to come over to the account.

He still turned it down though haha. That ecolab stuff ain’t no joke

Schneider adds always lie about how much money a driver can realistically make.

Realistically the average driver will do about 60k on it if they can unload. The hardest workers can do 80 but you will be dead at the end of the year

SNI bulk comes up with those numbers by adding your hire on bonus, which can be 'up to' $12,000 depending on your area, they are also adding every single possible bonus at its maximum amount, they are using the highest maximum cents per mile that they pay, and also adding the number of miles driven by the top 10% of the bulk drivers in the fleet or something close to it.

A couple of years ago, before SNI bulk had that giant SNAFU when they updated their computer systems, they were advertising 'up to' $80K and they had an absolute firestorm of drivers calling in and going "WTF?!?!?!?! "We work here and WE dont make that much" then some bean counter made a written statement in one of the SNI publications on how they came up with the magic formula. It was absolute BS.

Then a few weeks later, the dryvan drivers had raised enough hell that SNI made a video, explaining and put it in one of the dryvan publications. Everyone still called BS, especially since it proved that you would make LESS money the following year because you wouldnt have your sign on bonus added in.

Thats why you see alot of SNI and ex SNI guys joke about the 'up to' all the time.

Complete ########, I ran as hard as one can pretty much run working for them. My best week was 1800 dollars and only one or 2 those, and always followed by lower second week like 1400s.. 1300s etc..and I was was making high cpm pay. If you take off 6 day month you will not make 6k for the month, usually around 5,500...It’s good starter like all said and i liked it there. But the layover pay us 65 dollars if you set an entire 24 hours. Any less than 24 they don’t even pay you the 65.. you can polish a turd all day at sunset it’s still a turd. Where I’m at now I’ve been here 4 months and had probably 6 weeks over 2100.. I never came close to a week like that in my 1.5 years at schneider.. so no way is a driver gonna make what they advertise, nowhere near. At end my checks got so small due to them laying me over for days and days, I grossed not even 60k.. I had to finally quit. Made more at 45.5 cpm then I did at 51cpm.. actually way more.. they start sitting the 51cpm driver and pay 65 for layover and give miles to the new 42cpm driver. Every week they have new drivers, coming out coraopolis PA and Houston tx.. it’s a driver mill.. like puppy mill.. lol.. move on after get experience.. and don’t look back

That’s really awesome and I happy you made that decision. I’ve been trying to get into tankers. I have a cdl with endorsements however I been out of a tractor trailer for quite awhile. I really like superior. Any advice? Help please.
