If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you. If you can't see Chuck Norris you may be only seconds away from death. :)

If you have a legal concealed or rifle stored properly, you still must declare it.
    Here is one personal example.
I delivered general goods to a un named prison. No one asked me if I had weapons when I checked in at the gate. So I did not tell them I had a 12 ga in a hard case locked up. Prisoners unloaded me and on my way I went.

I have been watching those YouTube videos where you stand up and assert your rights.

And there was a girl that refused to provide her information which she legally did not have to I don't think.

Then they proceeded to break her windows and arrest her.

Whether she was right or wrong whether you are right or wrong, wrong cop wrong supervisor wrong day big trouble...

I would love to know if there was any Fallout from that

But at the very least she had a bad day and she's got to pay to go get her car fixed I doubt they're going to do that

Some cops don't know the law some don't care and some only care that they have a gun and you don't

This may be a dumb question but is there any way for the weigh stations to be able to detect a gun in the truck other than a visual inspection?

    Greetings....
I've seen Only Two X-Ray systems deployed at a Weight Station, (mobile units). They are yellow, Two towers, you drive thru it, it is mostly for larger objects, to detect humans or specific items. If the officer/technician looks closely, he may spot your item. But guns are the least of their worries.
