I left the first time and they threw it on my credit report. So I’m back to finish out the 4 months. Going to move on. I hate it here. Trying to become a big grasshopper in this lol thank you though.

Maybe @Powder Joints has some leads on jobs for Victorville drivers that fit what you want after you finish CRST.

Yeah in Victorville Valley Bulk Inc (as for LLoyd) on Turner Road good company 52 55 K per year, Double Eagle ( ask for Jerry) in Hesperia money about the same, or Arnett Trucking ask for Linda) in Ontario, they have a yard for Victorville drivers to park in. All pay about the same, all good to work for. May have loads to Las Vegas, or Fresno area as well as LA/Org/Ven areas. All back home same day.
I work for Centerline Drivers also which is a service that supplies driver to different Co, I've worked for UPS, Car Quest, Whole Foods, Lily Trans, Penske, Ryder. Some guys want long term , I like the change.

@Hreed420 - that's a good list Powder Joints provided. About a month before you're ready to leave CRST start contacting those outfits and you'll have a smooth transition to your new job with good home time.

Find a small carrier that will let you do regional or local. These outfits are between the cracks. You can get on their insurance. Just expect a lot of rejections, but keep trying. These jobs are out there. Word of mouth is the best source of information. Get to talking to business owners. If your a stand up guy you can find work. But if you stick with the big carriers you are just a number. Their model is simply just a science and your their little peanut.

You might want to talk to Apex Bulk in Adelanto CA or A&R Tranportation (Bulk) in Colton they run out of the area and local.
