When I use to drive for Gordon I recall there was a special permit for Idaho. I think it was only required in the I-15 on the east side of the state. I went into Idaho plenty of times but never up the 15. The rest of the state was no problem.

I drove that route on the 95 into Idaho quite a few times and never had an issue with permits, just ice and snow.

Guys, it’s an off track permit required if your trailer is over 48ft and you’re off the National Network roads.

The reason Gordon had them is because you guys would run up and down 95 and the permit is required from Council to Grangeville.

Permits, coop locations and some truck stop information is one of the things a driver starts to forget after some time out of a truck. This past Dec was 5 years for me. One of these days I am going to breakdown and go buy a truckers atlas.

I’d would never have guessed that George III was ever in the Idaho area... being that it was uncharted for the English at that time.

There's 3 between Winnemucca and boise, but I've only ever seen Oregon open.
