It gets better. I got to the bottom of Fancy Gap on a prayer with check engine. Appears I sprang a coolant leak so now I have to get a couple repairs at the loves before I can deliver. Oh boy..add another 15 hours.

No offense, but getting to the bottom of Fancy Gap is not a problem with a broken truck. Coming to a stop can be an issue, if the engine isn't running, unless you don't mind an abrupt stop. :D

No offense taken. However, sitting in the loves at exit 1 I got to see several smoking brakes and even one on fire as he pulled in. I bet that was a fun ride.

Repair update. Besides coolant leak which turned out to be egr adjuster (spent 1300 getting the sensor fixed last month..not covered under unicorn warrantee) new starter motor broke off and was dangling by a single bolt. Rear brakes need shoes (I replaced front drums shoes and adjusters 4 weeks ago remember?) That darn left turn trailer relay keeps going out and even though I got shocks all around, a new steer tire, and an alignment, I've got a bad steering wheel chatter when I brake. So into the shop for an estimate. So far $4200 and they haven't identified the steering wheel chatter or why relay keeps going out ... Just keep replacing it. It will be fine.
Time to walk away from this mutt.
JB put me up in a motel at their expense and we are exploring options. That's all I know for now but will keep you posted.
Right now got a free weekend in a motel and Chinese delivery on the way.

I have my troll spray ready, but would like input.
I've spent over $7000 of my own money on repairs on this 2013 Schneider abandoned cascadia dd15 since I got it November 2017. That's less than 6 months and we are looking at $7000 more before this week is out. Even if I had the money I wouldn't throw it down that rathole. I'm disgusted with Bcl and I am not the only one burned by this deal. I gotta walk away and Jb is going to back me up.
I do not want to be an otr company driver for a mega..even one as good as Jb.
One option I am seriously considering is leasing a new truck through tel with JB. The trucks are all brand new and have an enormous balloon at the end of a 4 year lease. No way do I consider it a lease purchase. In my mind I would be renting the truck. Make money and turn it in at end of lease. Done.
Soooo... If I do I am looking at a 2018 kenworth t680 cummins x15 450st with a 9 speed manual vs a 2019 cascadia evolution dd15 455 with 12sp automatic. Similarly equipped. I hate hate hate automatic and not crazy about evolution in general.
What do you think of choosing the kenworth over the cascadia?

Its a rental. The key goal is to make the absolute most money possible with it. The cascadia evolution will be more efficient, so in theory should let you keep more of the money three truck earns.

But honestly id be looking very hard into why you don't have 7k built up after running a truck for six months. For comparison purposes: From the prior friday morning (about 9 am), to 330 pm this Friday (yesterday) my truck earned right at 8500, leaving just under 7500 on the settlements after fuel (i filled up twice totaling 1035ish). that's 8 days. Grossing 20k a month right now should be considered the absolute bare minimum, and 30k is should be the goal.

So why don't you have 7k after 6 months? Is it because the truck couldn't stay on the road and was eating you alive in repair bills? Or is it that your carrier doesn't give you fair market rates on the freight? Was it something you was doing? Is it a combination of the three? Before leasing another truck you need to have a hard look in the mirror and figure this one out.

I thought I was pretty clear. Friggin' truck has spent 3 out of 6 in the shop and I already poured $7k into it. Don't think that is difficult math.

I have driven both and each of them have their advantages and disadvantages. I am currently leasing a 2018 Cascadia Evo with the 12 speed automatic. I did not think I would like it and I did not at first but now I am liking it. Especially when I am in a city during rush hour traffic. It has plenty of room for me but it is a Freightliner.

The T680 had a 13 sp with heated leather seats and a swivel passenger seat. It also had a work table that would swing around which was nice and a fridge but I felt it was not as roomy as the Cascadia. The 680 had the paccar motor but it had more pulling power than the Cascadia. The KW did not get the fuel mileage that the Cascadia does either.
Also the KW had more options than the Cascadia.

On a side note since I have the truck leased on with a different carrier doing flat bed this particular Cascadia is not set up the way I would like and I am exploring different trucks when my lease is up.

These are only my opinions and I do not express any warranty implied or otherwise that these statements are to be taken as God's word.

$7k in 6 months of repairs is actually not bad at all. My classic that is now driven by one of my guys cost me nearly $12k in the first 3 months. The truck was 15 years old, with 1.1 on it (350k on major internal work). The point being, some trucks are going to be money pits forever, some for a while, others are unicorns. My '07 has been rather good to me (turbo that was under warranty not withstanding). The question is do you see a solid ROI after spending the money? As @spyder7723 asked, is the issue the truck, the contract, or both?
