BM fleet message on peoplenet

I buy very little at WalMart now. They quit price matching. Or they do it in some strange way. When they priced matched, it was worth it to stand in line for 50 minutes to get to one of the three cashiers on duty. Now, no way.

 

What sucks is they are not eliminating positions by seniority. Most of those positions were held by senior associates. By eliminating and firing the associate, they get rid of the position and the higher pay and benefits of that senior person...kill two birds with one stone( These were not outmoded positions, when work was done, these associates did other work assigned to them also. When your logs are messed up now, you will not have them corrected locally but will have to call regional to get them fixed or ask a member of management to do it...if there are any left and available...

 

Remember this when they ask you for a favor next time....you are just a number here

 

...and if you are happy being a trained monkey, enough said

 

If you look here, you will see an associate trying to keep a job.
